Since 2020, new owner Patrick Williams has upheld this founding commitment to quality, continuing their tradition of artisan, small-batch roasting right in their Kailua roasterie, where coffee tasting and discussions are welcomed. Kailua Town Coffee Roasters takes pride in sourcing 100% Hawaiian coffees, showcasing beans from Oʻahu's North Shore (Waialua), Maui, Kona, and Kaʻū, alongside select international offerings.
