As one of Hawaii's largest certified organic coffee farms, they cultivate their beans under the shade of native Koa trees, employing only organic methods. Everything, from the hand-picking of ripe cherries to milling in their own certified organic mill and immediate on-farm roasting, contributes to the exceptional freshness. This dedication results in remarkable quality across their Medium, Café, and Dark roasts, available directly through their popular Coffee Club.
