Bruce and Cynthia Maryanoff, both Ph.D. organic chemists, this venture stems from a deep-seated passion for Hawaiian coffee cultivated since 1985. They operate as a boutique producer, meticulously overseeing coffee from their own two distinct farms in the Kona Coffee Belt, Cynthiana and Honalo, each boasting unique terroirs at around 1700 feet elevation. This hands-on approach ensures a genuine taste of locally grown Kona, direct from their estate. The dedication to quality at Absolutely! Kona Coffee® shines through in their meticulous process. Ripe cherries are hand-harvested, processed the same day, and carefully sun-dried before aging. Roasting is an art here, performed in small, custom batches on demand using a fluidized-bed air roaster. You'll appreciate their 'Private Reserve' from each farm, which beautifully expresses the specific terroir, and the 'Special Selection,' a thoughtfully blended roast designed for optimal flavor.
