This is more of a botanical garden experience than a traditional coffee tour, perfect for those who love a scenic, self-guided downhill stroll through fruit orchards and meticulously maintained grounds. You can pick and sample seasonal fruits like star fruit and tangelos, then end your visit with a coffee tasting by a stunning infinity pool overlooking the ocean. If you're looking for a deep dive into the technical side of coffee production or a guided, expert-led tour, you'll find a better fit elsewhere.
The Kona Coffee Belt on the Big Island of Hawaii spreads 25 miles along the slope of Mt. Hualalai between the altitudes of 800 - 2500 feet. Located in the middle of one of the world’s premier coffee farm. The beans are allowed to grow to a cherry red ripeness and then individually picked for maximum quality. Then the beans are carefully roasted to bring out the full flavor of the Kona coffee bean.
