Visitors are welcomed to immerse themselves in the farm-to-bar process through guided experiences like 'The Stroll' or the more adventurous 'The Hike.' Both tours offer a hands-on journey, from picking cocoa pods in the orchard to observing the crucial fermentation and drying stages for coffee and cacao. The experience culminates with a curated tasting of 5-7 chocolates, each highlighting cacao from different Big Island regions. Coffee lovers can also indulge in a dedicated Coffee Cupping Experience on Saturdays, showcasing the quality of their locally grown beans.
