The commitment here is to 100% estate-grown Kona coffee, embracing third-wave principles. Sustainable farming at a cool 2400 ft elevation allows for slow bean maturation, enhancing natural sweetness. Beans are meticulously hand-picked, with Kate, the owner-roaster, personally ensuring each small batch is roasted to order.
