The commitment here is to 100% estate-grown Kona coffee, embracing third-wave principles. Sustainable farming at a cool 2400 ft elevation allows for slow bean maturation, enhancing natural sweetness. Beans are meticulously hand-picked, with Kate, the owner-roaster, personally ensuring each small batch is roasted to order. This careful approach highlights the unique character of their local Kona beans, with offerings that include innovative natural process methods and intriguing barrel-aged varieties.
